Framed By the Colours of Fall
This is a single shot image that I captured in Canmore, Alberta during one of the most stunning mornings I experienced in my roadtrip. The skies were supposed to be overcast and the visibility was forecasted to be very poor that day. I didn't think I would be able to get any photographs. But fortunately for me, the weather cleared up during the morning and made for some seriously dreamy conditions. To top it all off, the Fall colours in the area had reached their prime for the year and I managed to incorporate them into this shot. Whenever I'm out photographing a scene, especially during Autumn, I like to get really close to branches and leaves and try to find some natural framing just to add a bit more depth to the composition and overall colour scheme. It often doesn't work out as planned but think it worked out alright for this one!
